The Bad Lands of South Dakota...

Here are a couple of photos from our trip to South Dakota. The first one is the tent we slept in for 5 nights in 30/40 degree weather. (We had 4 air mattresses in one tent) Needless to say...I was COLD! The last one is of the beautiful country that surrounded us on all sides. SD was one of the most beautiful places I have seen, and yet it felt lifeless in the area we were in. There was nothing for miles and miles. At one point we stopped for a bathroom break and did not fill up, lets just say we almost did not make it to the next gas station. We pulled in on fumes... We are so blessed...God is GOOD. (ALL the time)
